Mom's meatloaf is a tasty savory mix of herbs & spices, classic mirepoix, ground beef & pork, and baconyes bacon! This gluten free loaf is served on our marinara tomato sauce and garnished with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Not modifiable except for the parmesan parsley garnish.
