NV Red Rooster Sparkling Brut | Only available here! spaghetti Bolognese Fresh bright fleshy and energeticOnly 100 hand crafted cases were made of this mouth watering BC traditional method sparkling wine. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay delivers a bright nose of green apple, citrus, and toasty barrels. The palate reflects the nose, and the 18 months on lees created a creamy texture, linear and focused acidity, and very pleasant mouth feel. There is enough here to open it for a special celebration, but it is also great for a refreshing break on the
