Globe Terrestre by J Forest Of Paris, c.1890 Regency There is a small holeA French 'Globe Terrestre' by the renowned 19th century geographer and map publisher J. Forest of Paris. Scale 1 80,000,000. In addition to land masses and their borders, the chromolithographed gores show the oceans with their currents, with steamship routes in red with ports of arrival and departure.
