Jal XChange: Empowering Water-Safe Communities

Jal Xchange is connecting changemakers, Water Quality Champions (WQCs), and communities to tackle local water challenges. With Jal XChange, we are taking concrete steps toward building Water-Safe Communities across the country.

What is
Jal XChange?

Jal XChange is a powerful, collaborative platform that brings together verified Water Quality Champions (WQCs), local communities, government programs, and NGOs to address water safety issues. Through a mix of digital tools, real-time data, and community collaboration, we identify and solve water challenges at the grassroots level.

How it works

Prev Next

In the first phase, Jal XChange focuses on gathering water quality data, community testimonials, and local insights. WQCs collect and share this data through the OurWater WhatsApp bot and community meetings.

Through fortnightly digital problem-solving sessions and regional meet-ups, WQCs use Jal XChange’s vast knowledge resources to create customized action plans for water safety.

A growing network of WQCs, local changemakers, and experts work together to implement solutions and monitor progress. The Jal XChange Changemaker League recognizes top contributors with rewards and opportunities for growth.
